Constraints: mature elevator company with plenty of resource.
Product goal: Improve a product.
Business Goal: Improve blind people engagement.

User needs: Improve CUJ flow/funnel without visual by enhancing touching and voice experience.
Usage of the elevator: commerical vs residential;

Identify the button to push (M)

Prioritization: helpfulness of current solution/level of pain (S, M, L)
Notifications of elevator locations:
physical button with voice instructions;
Integrated with mobile assistant with voice instructions;
Set up rails/physical signs to help guiding users.

Step by step/turn by turn voice instructions
Up front voice instructions;

Physical blind characters to desbice the manuals.
Prioritization: Cost of development and manufacturing/usefulness/how many people would benefit.
Locating elector: voice assistant to guide users to their location.
